These terms govern your use of the Defence Node website. Please read them carefully. Use of our products is governed separately by the written agreement between Defence Node and your organisation.

The Site is an informational and marketing resource. Access to and use of the Defence Node products — including the Sentinel platform, the control plane, and any entitlements, licences, or APIs — are governed exclusively by the separate written agreement (master agreement, order form, and applicable documentation) entered into between Defence Node and the customer organisation. Nothing on the Site grants any right to use those products, and in the event of any conflict the signed agreement prevails.
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes and to communicate with us about our products and services. You agree not to:
Our products and certain information relate to the defence sector and may be subject to export-control laws and sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or party subject to applicable embargoes or restrictions, and that you will not use the Site or any information obtained from it in violation of such laws. We may decline to engage with, or provide information to, any party where doing so would be unlawful or contrary to our policies.
When you submit information through the contact form or other channels, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it is accurate. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Defence Node and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms or applicable law.
